Is or should health care in united states (be) a privilege ? Privilege vs Basic human need

Health care is not a privilege. Its the policies of this country which has made it out to be a privilege. A healthy and insured citizen is more productive than a weak and liable citizen. People without health insurance are a burden to the society and only adds to the problem of the country.
